Finn was born globally delayed, and after further testing, he was diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that affects approximately 1 in every 20,000 live births. Despite the challenges that come with this condition, Finn remains his mother's everything, and she cherishes every moment with him.

She never takes the necklace off, knowing that it provides comfort and a connection to her son when they can't be together. Through sharing her story and Finn's journey, she hopes to raise awareness and support for those affected by this rare condition.
