• We can add letters in the future, but we CANNOT remove or rearrange existing letters.
• We cannot make ANY changes (including length) prior to shipping.
• Our website does not reserve items in your cart, and adding a necklace to your cart does not guarantee you’ll be able to complete your purchase.
